ApexClaude collects the information required to operate customer accounts, process API requests, maintain wallet balances, prevent abuse, and provide support.

We store account details such as name, email address, hashed passwords, active sessions, wallet transactions, request metadata, and API key fingerprints. API keys are stored as hashes and are only shown once at creation time.

When you send a request through the platform, request content and technical metadata may be processed and shared with the configured upstream provider strictly to deliver the response, calculate usage, and investigate failures or abuse.

We use this data to authenticate users, route requests, maintain billing records, monitor system health, enforce acceptable use, and respond to support issues. We do not sell customer data.

Data may be retained for operational, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal-compliance purposes for as long as reasonably necessary. You can request account assistance or data-related inquiries at support@apexclaude.com.
