Terms of Service

These terms govern access to ApexClaude, including the dashboard, wallet system, API keys, and Anthropic-compatible API endpoints.

You are responsible for the activity on your account, the confidentiality of your credentials, and the legality of the content and workloads you send through the platform.

You may not use the service for abuse, unlawful activity, credential sharing, scraping, rate-limit evasion, reverse engineering, harmful automation, or any workload that would violate upstream provider restrictions.

Wallet balances are prepaid and usage is charged according to the pricing and metering recorded by the platform. Unless required by law, unused balances and completed usage charges are non-refundable.

Model availability, pricing, routing, and rate limits may change as infrastructure and upstream conditions evolve. We may suspend or restrict accounts to protect service reliability, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
